Since our design services are personalized and time-intensive, payments for consultations, design packages, and custom planning are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your service booking within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that work has not yet begun.
Custom-designed products, including furniture, decor items, or made-to-order pieces, are created specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We’ll review the case and work to resolve it promptly.
If you’ve purchased a non-custom (ready-made) product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

Once a return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
