Refund and Returns Policy

At Interiors by Kajal, we take pride in providing personalized interior design services and high-quality custom products. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Design Services

Since our design services are personalized and time-intensive, payments for consultations, design packages, and custom planning are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your service booking within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that work has not yet begun.

2. Custom Products & Furniture

Custom-designed products, including furniture, decor items, or made-to-order pieces, are created specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item or specification.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We’ll review the case and work to resolve it promptly.

3. Ready-Made Products

If you’ve purchased a non-custom (ready-made) product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is in its original condition and packaging
  • Has not been used, installed, or altered

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
